All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Slovakia.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.
This is the time needed to prepare and pack your order before it is shipped.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
European Union: 5–10 business days
International (outside EU): 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout.

All orders are sent with tracking. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note that international orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
– For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
